Product description

Rosé sparkling wine obtained from a base wine made from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, subjected to a total dealcoholization process using membrane technology. Through a low-temperature reverse osmosis process, the alcoholic solution is separated while preserving the intrinsic qualities of the wine. The permeate resulting from the separation of vegetation water and alcohol undergoes a further alcohol separation process in a distillation column, allowing for full aromatic recovery of the base wine.

Organoleptic and olfactory profile

Bright straw yellow in colour, with a fine and lively perlage. On the nose, it is delicate and elegant, with a harmonious balance of sweet, floral and fruity notes. Red forest fruits typical of Pinot Noir are combined with yellow- and white-fleshed fruit notes such as apple and pear, characteristic of Glera grapes.
