Product description

White sparkling wine obtained from a base wine made from Glera grapes, subjected to a total dealcoholization process using membrane technology. Through a low-temperature reverse osmosis process, the alcoholic solution is separated while preserving the intrinsic qualities of the wine. The permeate resulting from the separation of vegetation water and alcohol undergoes a further alcohol separation process in a distillation column, allowing for full aromatic recovery of the base wine.

Organoleptic and olfactory profile

  • Bright straw yellow in colour, with a fine and lively perlage.

  • On the nose, it shows fresh and fragrant aromas, with notes of white flowers, green apple, pear, white peach and citrus, complemented by subtle hints of aromatic herbs.

  • Residual sugar: 18 g/L

  • Calories per 100 ml: 45 kJ / 11 kCal
