Product description

White sparkling wine obtained from a base wine made from Glera grapes, subjected to a partial dealcoholization process using membrane technology. Through reverse osmosis at low temperature, the alcoholic solution is separated while preserving the intrinsic qualities of the wine. The permeate resulting from the separation of water and alcohol undergoes a further alcohol separation process in a distillation column, allowing full aromatic recovery of the base wine. 

Subsequently, a secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks (Charmat method) produces a small alcoholic component along with naturally generated carbon dioxide, resulting in a fresh and balanced sparkling profile.

Organoleptic and sensory profile

  • Bright straw-yellow colour, enhanced by a fine, lively and persistent perlage.

  • On the nose, it reveals fresh and fragrant aromas, with notes of white flowers, green apple, pear, white peach and citrus, complemented by subtle hints of aromatic herbs.

  • Residual sugar: 17 g/L

  • Calories per 100 ml serving: 150 kJ / 36 kCal

  • Allergens: sulphites
